I’m KC Harrison, a professional home inspector with Stompin’ Grounds Property Inspections and I’ve been inspecting properties since 2020 and feel very honored in being a part of people’s biggest decisions of their lifetime.
I love the real estate industry and I’ve been involved in it for several years with fix & flips from early 1900 homes to modern day home construction. My wife is also a realtor and I understand how the process works on both the buying and selling of properties. While being involved with real estate investing and working with contractors, I wanted to educate, and will continue to educate myself, in learning how different systems and components of a home works. I will then transfer that knowledge to home buyers and sellers with a very thorough inspection report. I mostly work in the DFW/North Texas area but willing to travel throughout the state of Texas ready to serve your inspection needs.
I’m a proud, native Texan and I’ve been married since 2003 and have 2 children who love sports and being active. I’m a veteran of the United States Marine Corps and currently a Firefighter/EMT since 2008.

While Stompin’ Grounds Property Inspections encourages our clients to walk through the home with your inspector, I understand that you may be too busy, and may not have time to do so.
Regardless of whether or not you attend the inspection, we will compile a comprehensive Spectora report, which includes all of the information you need to determine the condition of the home.
Your report will be delivered shortly after the inspection, up to 24 hours, once payment has been received in full. Then, you will be able to access a full overview of the findings and be able to discuss the report with us and your agent.
