Hey, I’m KC Harrison—owner of Stompin’ Grounds Property Inspections, a USMC veteran, and a firefighter/EMT. I’ve been inspecting homes since 2020, and it’s an honor to be part of such an important moment in people’s lives.
I’ve been around homes for years—from flipping early 1900s houses to working with modern-day builds. My wife’s a Realtor, and between the two of us, we’ve walked plenty of folks through the buying and selling process. I know how stressful it can be—and that’s why I take inspections seriously.
I never stop learning. Every system, every component of a house matters, and I’ve made it my mission to understand them inside and out. That knowledge gets passed straight to you through a detailed inspection and clear, honest report.
I’m based in the DFW and North Texas area, but I’ll travel anywhere in the state to serve you right.
I’m a proud Texan, married since 2003, and a dad to two awesome kids. I’ve served my country as a Marine and my community as a firefighter/EMT since 2008—and I bring that same dedication to every inspection I do.

While Stompin’ Grounds Property Inspections encourages our clients to walk through the home with your inspector, I understand that you may be too busy, and may not have time to do so.
Regardless of whether or not you attend the inspection, we will compile a comprehensive Spectora report, which includes all of the information you need to determine the condition of the home.
Your report will be delivered shortly after the inspection, up to 24 hours, once payment has been received in full. Then, you will be able to access a full overview of the findings and be able to discuss the report with us and your agent.
